Our free publication is only as strong as its caste of contributors – the writers, poets, photographers, and other contributors whose contributions form the foundation of a movement rooted in a dedication to social activism and cultural awareness.

As an urban lifestyles magazine with a conscience, 50% of all donations are directed towards PLAN {2.b}, our partnership and development program with Plan International Canada supporting the critical issue of Child Education.
“An education gives people the power to transform their lives, and yet nearly 120 million school-aged children worldwide - most of them girls - are not enrolled in school. Without an education, the cycle of poverty is almost inescapable: it is usually poverty and lack of resources that keep children out of school and, inevitably, people who grow up without an education have little hope of building a better future for themselves or giving their own children the opportunity to go to school. Those children in developing countries who are lucky enough to attend school often find themselves in overcrowded, inadequate and expensive learning environments.”
