no single solution

By Brian Guerry - Throwing money at the problem or focusing on a "magic" answer is not the solution. There is no single solution to the problem of poverty or extreme poverty. I agree with Sachs' vision of a community-based approach that cohesively helps to lift a community out of poverty by providing basic services and harvesting sustainable and regular employment opportunities as well as access to food, basic goods and markets.
