How do I submit work?
1] Send an email to

. Be sure to include details of what you'd like to submit (i.e. an abstract for an article, a description for a design or a picture). Please include the word SUBMISSION in the subject line along with your name.
2] After we've gotten back to you – give us a week! – jump in with both feet. The best way to start something is, well, to start something.
General Guidelines
- Articles: roughly 800-850 words
- Designs or artwork: hi-res and sent in JPG or PDF
- Photos: high resolution (300dpi)
- Videos: 2-5minutes
- All submissions should be accompanied by a 75-100word bio about the author (let the audience know who you are and what`s motivated your work)

Of course, we cannot publish everything we receive. The team does, however, believe in giving everyone a fighting chance. If we cannot publish your work, you will be told why and suggested ways to move it forward. Articles that are published will be proofed and edited where needed.
